Golden Standard Hearing Care is included for 36 months with the Signature and Select tiers. It is the follow-up care that comes with the purchase, not a separate charge.
What is included
- Real Ear Measurement verification at every fitting and refitting
- Outcome validation using speech-in-noise testing
- Structured follow-up appointments — no limit on covered visits
- Annual re-verification
- $1,200 guaranteed trade-in credit
Trade-in credit conditions
- Available on Signature and Select only
- Must be applied within 3 years of the original purchase date
- Must be applied toward a tier equal to or above the tier being traded in
- The replacement purchase must include 36 months of Golden Standard Hearing Care
Which tiers include it
Signature (Omega AI 24) and Select (Edge AI 24) include 36 months of Golden Standard Hearing Care. Select Core and Foundation include a 90-day fitting period, after which care is billed per visit or by care plan.
